Spiral Surprise Beanie
A reversible spiral patterned beanie that works just as well inside out as the right way. Called spiral surprise due to the fact I knitted it with the intention of the “right side” and when I turned it inside out to weave in the ends it looked just as nice!
Available in 6 sizes. 38cm (newborn), 38cm (infant), 43cm (toddler), 48cm, 53cm, 58cm. (newborn and infant use same cast on size, toddler beanie has more knitted rows to make it higher)
Fit info: beanie will stretch to the next size up (+5cm ease) so make a size down from head measurement.
Yarn: 8 Ply (Bendigo Woollen Mills “Bloom” used above)
Gauge: 22 st x 30 rows
Needles: 4mm, circular needles in diameter smaller than required size, or much larger for magic loop knitting.
