Loom Knit Spiral Round Blanket

Intermediate level and should know how to do a square or rectangular 10 stitch blanket.

This is my circular version of the Ten Stitch Blanket Spiral Twist pattern by Frankie Brown. I did not convert her pattern but made one based on hers with my own stitch that does not use pearls and I have the permission of Frankie Brown to sell this pattern. She always asks as the creator of this shape blanket for you to donate to her charity and the link is on her Ravelry page if you feel inclined. I also include my version two pattern which is done as a conversion of hers. You can do either pattern or combine elements of the two whichever is easier for you.

The instructions are written for bulky weight yarn, however this item can be made with any size yarn/loom combination. The instructions will be the same - but the loom peg spacing and the amount of yarn needed would vary.

I have made videos to help make this blanket on Facebook and there is a link to the group in the pattern.

For version two there is a youtube link as well.

I used two skeins of Barcelona large in the colour Breeze and it is the size of a large throw. Yardage was 880 yards

Two skeins is enough for a baby blanket or throw and three to four skeins for a large blanket.

3/4” gauge loom.

The pattern is in my Owl Eye Stitch and uses no pearls until the last row and then there is one pearl to help it to be straight.
