Spiralling Pathways Socks
by Mouton Rouge
It’s the beginning of spring and these green socks are a perfect pair for the season. The socks feature knit-and-purl stitches that form spiralling pathways.
The socks are knitted top down. You will knit them according to your foot and leg measurements. I cast on 64 stitches for 39 - 40 size. The pattern also works with 48, 56 or 72 stitches cast on.
The right and left socks are mirror images of each other. Don’t worry too much; as long as you knit one sock with chart A and the other sock with chart B, you’ll be fine.
Happy knitting!
