This is a pattern to crochet the three heads (KASHIRA) (Spirited away Studio Ghibli), not the finished doll.

The pattern is a .pdf document with written instructions on how to crochet the doll, accompanied by explanatory pictures and some drawings.

The finished doll should be around 8cm tall and 5cm wide (one head). Of course, it depends on how you work and on the kind of hook and yarn used.
