A great pattern for when you have two solid colors you just love, and want to use them both!

Takes about 80 yards of each color, and while I’m sure variegated yarn would work, I have no idea what it would look like.

Project done with 80 yards each (less than 1 skein) Deborah Norville Chunky Heathers in Smoke and Highland, on the Martha Stewart loom- set up with 2 of the U-shaped pieces and the 2 longest straight pieces in the round, large gauge setting.

Gauge is not overly important, but if using thinner yarn, use a smaller gauge loom.

Took me about 6 hours start to finish, and I’m not the fastest loomer to ever live.

Inspired from Good Knit Kisses facebook pattern page using K3, P2 for a spiral hat.- I’m sorry, I don’t know the original designer of this stitch, but if someone lets me know, I would love to attribute to them!

Please let me know if you have any questions, I would love to help!
