It is a beginner pattern, written in English using US crochet terminology. It is formed from continuous rounds. Two colours are used, four if you also make the “shiny” spoink. Finished product is no more than 3 inches high not including the tail (which is of variable height). You should know how to Single Crochet, crochet around an object, Increase, Decrease and Slip Stitch.
