Sponge Buddies Bath Toys designed by Sarah Read
Make bath time even more fun with these animal sponge covers. Worked in sturdy cotton, they are made to slip over a standard-sized sponge. The button closure allows for sponges to be removed and replaced, and the animals themselves are easily washable. Be sure to sew all pieces securely. Suitable for all ages.

Yarn Universal Yarn Cotton Supreme (100% cotton; 180 yd 165 m/3 ½ oz 100 g): #520 yellow (A), #613 lemon (B), #614 terra cotta (C), #503 ecru (D), #501 black (E), #631 fossil (F), #629 brindle (G), #624 desert (H), #616 salmon (I; used for face embroidery only), one skein each.
Hook Size G/6 (4 mm). Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge. Notions Small amount of polyester fiberfill; tapestry needle; sewing needle and matching thread; 3 small buttons.
