Gauge isn’t necessarily important, it might change the size of your finished doll. At the gauge specified, this doll ended up about 7 inches tall from head to foot.

I used WW yarn, but you could use something different if you want, just change the hook size to achieve a tight stitch.

Pattern is kind of a recipe, as I forgot to take exact notes on the shoes when I made them (while in the car), so forgive me for that. I will edit the pattern if I ever make these again to include exact stitch count.
