Spooky Bat Applique
by Liz Shafer
A free version is also available.
Cute and spooky crochet bat appliques! I made one using “Black” (Red Heart Super Saver) for the body, “Rose” (Caron) for the nose, and “Amethyst” (Red Heart Super Saver) for the wings; And made another using “Mushroom” (Red Heart Super Saver) for the body, and “Blush” (Loops & Threads Charisma) for the nose and wings.
This project works perfectly for scrap yarn!
I used yellow seed beads for the eyes (DON’T USE SEED BEADS IF MAKING FOR A BABY OR VERY YOUNG CHILD!!!) and white embroidery floss for the teeth.
You can find a video tutorial on my youtube channel, at the link.
