Spooky mittens perfect for those cold October nights, or all year ‘round if that’s your thing! They would be the perfect accessory for any Halloween event. These mittens are knit with stranded colorwork using the magic loop method from the cuff up, The thumb is picked up and knit afterwards.
Errata: Original pattern lists a gauge of 36 sts and 17 rows in 4 inches. Correct row gauge is 34 rows to 4 inches.
Yarn used: Andromeda Sock Yarn, 4-ply Fingering weight 436 yds/100g Amount used approximately:
Color A: 24g 112yds/ 102m
Color B: 15g 70yds/64m
Gauge: 36 sts and 17 rows in 4 inches in colorwork on US size 2/ 2.75 needles in the round.
Size: One size fits most.
Finished Measurements:
Cuff circumference (unstretched): 6.5 in/ 16.5 cm
Length from cuff to tip: 11 in/ 28cm
