These spooky spirits are enjoying the Halloween season as they fly around the leg of these super fun socks. Knit from the top down with a double ribbed cuff, these socks feature a colorwork leg and a short row heel construction. What a lovely project for the autumn!

Materials Needed:-

Yarn A Drops Nord in Charcoal (4 ply, fingering)
Yarn B Drops Nord in Off White (4 ply, fingering)

Yardage A = 150-186 m (164-203 yards)
B = 124-140 m (135-153 yards)

Needles 2.5mm (US 1½) circular needle, 60 cm long for magic loop, 25 cm (9 inch) circular or DPNs if preferred. Please note you may need to go up half (or a whole) needle size to obtain gauge over the colour work.
Stitch Markers, Tapestry Needle.

Gauge 34 sts and 40 rows on 2.5 mm needle to 10 x 10
cm (4 x 4 inches) over colour work in the round.
