I could not find a sport weight crochet hat pattern that I liked, so I decided to freestyle it and write a basic pattern. It is currently only one size & should fit a teen/small adult head. It is easily customizable.

You will need to know how to work in the round, double crochet, magic loop (or other circular method for hat making), how to read pattern abbreviations, & front post/back post double crochet stitch.

This pattern would be best for an intermediate beginner and up. I have written the pattern with crochet terms and abbreviations.
