1 24-inch circular needle size 2

1 set dp needles size 1

Skirt: Round 1 should read as follows: Slip 1 as if to P, K15, P1, K30, P1, K15, slip 1, etc.
Round 2 should read as follows: K16, P1, K30, P1, K384, (394-404-414) etc.

Finishing: Pin inverted pleat to skirt at lower edge having slip-sts facing each other (slip-st forms the fold line). Sew in place to wrong side of skirt.
