This thick lap throw is knit sideways. The cush is perfect for outdoor Sportball games in the chilly weather - dense stitches block the wind and keep you toasty. The colors are customizable for your favorite Sportsball team.

Gauge: 35 stitches and 14 rows per 4” square in herringbone stitch
Needle Size: US 8, cable at least 36” long (Or a needle one size up from recommended and a very long cable)
Hook Size: US 8, 5.0mm, size H
Yarn: Cascade Superwash 220, eight skeins (794g / 28oz / 1752yds). Pattern sample shows six skeins 809 Really Red with two skeins of 900 Charcoal as a crochet border.
