This design was created specifically for Cascade’s Fixation yarn, one of my all time favorites! The stretch is amazing for an almost all cotton yarn. The model shown was knit to a woman’s US 7, but it fit my US 10 foot! The beauty in this is that you have great flexibility when knitting them for gifts. You don’t have to be exact in your sizing! I chose to do mismatched socks. As a result, I only needed one skein of each color. If you want to do matching socks, you will need 2 balls of the main color.
