This fun, sporty crochet winter hat is made using the waiscoat stitch, which looks like it is knitted! It is also a nice sturdy stitch that will keep you warm.

The Sporty Crochet Winter Hat is worked from the bottom up in one piece with no sewing required other than for the addition of a pom pom if you wish.

This pattern is for an adult’s size medium. It measures 22” around and 9” high with the brim folded. However, it can easily be re-sized to fit anyone from a small child to a men’s size large.
