Spot the Dot
Mosaic overlay pattern
Spot the Dot, a stylish and fun pattern that is the perfect choice for those who want a project that’s engaging and easy. Whether you’re a crochet newbie or a seasoned pro, this pattern offers the perfect blend of simplicity and style.
So it’s time to break out your colour wheel and shade cards, or dive into your yarn stash for inspiration, fun awaits with the endless colour possibilities. This circular motif brings modern, geometric styling to the classic art of crochet.
I used a single colour for Colour A, and eight contrasting colours for Colour B. I repeated the same colour sequence for Colour B four times.
Total yarn used for the throw:
Colour A, 1,575m or 875g
Colour B, 1,544m or 856g
Any weight yarn, with corresponding hook size, can be used for this project. It’s worth noting that a heavier weight yarn will increase the size of your project and a lighter yarn would decrease the size of your project.
The pattern can be easily adapted to different size projects.
