I had the idea for these socks, after teaching my knit school students how to make bobbles and bubbles. I taught them how to use the tuck stitch , used in this pattern to construct the bumpy bubbles. These socks are quick and fun to knit, they work best using two contrasting colours, to make the spots pop. I used a boomerang heel and a barn toe. I hope you enjoy making them as much as I enjoyed designing them. They are suitable for intermediate knitters .
