This blanket is fully customisable. You can use whatever hook or yarn you want as long as they go together size wise. I did mini C2C and used a DK weight yarn (Stylecraft special DK was the yarn I used) and a 4mm hook and it made a 20cm x 20 cm patch.

There are 5 graphs showing you how to do a single colour ribbon, two colour ribbon, three colour ribbon, puzzle piece ribbon and rainbow/striped ribbon.

There is also a list with 50 ribbons and some of the causes they represent.
