I saw this Maker Outdoor yarn and got a little obsessed with the idea of a basket. Especially one that can stay outside and hopefully withstand the weather! (I only say hopefully because this is all brand new and I haven’t gotten to really test the durability yet, but the yarn seems like it’ll hold up great!)

Sample used 4 balls of Bernat Maker Outdoor, 2 of each color in order to do double-stranded (I didn’t know how much I’d need at the time). You could probably use one ball of each if you wind a separate cake off each one!

Size as written is 6 inches tall and 7.5 inches across. It’s very strong, my sample has held a blocking board across the top without folding in!
