Spring Floral Bucket Bag
This pattern is for a cute bucket bag. It begins by crocheting a circular bottom, then working up the sides to the top of the bag. It is not lined. It doesn’t require a clasp. Flowers are sewn on separately after the bag is finished. Flower crochet instructions are included.
The finished bag is approximately 13” wide and 13” tall but yours may be different as I crochet tightly. Straps can be crocheted as long or as short as you’d prefer by adjusting the length of the chain.
Gauge is not important.
I used a 4mm hook.
Red Heart Super Saver Yarn (I used one full skein of Super Saver Stripes Parrot, 1/2 skein of green and a small bit of yellow.
Pattern is written using USA terms.
Note: This pattern may be best for intermediate to advanced crocheters. There is nothing too difficult here, but if you don’t know how to do some of the stitches it’s easily looked up on the Internet, as I haven’t included lengthy stitch descriptions. This is a creation straight from my imagination. I didn’t know what it was going to be until it was finished!
I am offering it is because many people requested it after seeing my photos on social media.
