Spring is Here Again
A drapey asymmetric shawl in co-ordinating stripes of garter stitch and eyelets.
No specific guage, but I do suggest you do a practice piece to ensure your knitting is drapey but neat. You may need to adjust the needle size to get the look and feel you want.
Any fingering/4ply can be used to give you the shawl you desire. A lovely merino/silk may be what you want for a special shawl, but I knitted it in 75%wool/25%nylon sock yarn and I’m delighted with the finish.
I used approximately 60gm (approx 252m) in MC and approx 40gn (approx 168m) in CC.
