Spring Lace Fingerless Mitts
This pattern was inspired by the Spring Beret design by Natalie Larson on Ravelry. These fingerless mittens, which have the same lace design, will be a lovely match to her beret.
This pattern uses DK weight yarn; I used 1.5 skeins of the Cadenza Colinette merino wool.
You will need to know the following stitches for the pattern:
knit, purl, how to knit two stitches together, slip one stitch purlwise, pass a slipped stitch over and yarn over.
Slight correction on Jan. 2, 2009 at 7 p.m. PST.: The last set of stitches on each round for the spring lace pattern should be k3 instead of k4. The pattern file has been corrected.
Correction on Jan. 7 - Round 6 of the Spring Lace pattern disappeared. Here is Round 6: k3, k2, yo, k1, sl 1 – k2tog – psso, k1, yo, k2, p1 k3, k7, k4 repeat from * to * k3
The pattern file has been corrected.
