ERRATA:
Round 1 of written instructions should read: Rd 1: k4, k2tog, yo, k1, p2, k1, yo, ssk, k4

These fingerless mittens feature some lovely lacy leaves. They are knit all in the round with a thumb gusset and are totally seamless. They are fun to knit and will look as nice in a plain as in a variegated colorway. The pattern is written, the lace part is both written and charted.

Skill level: intermediate.

Techniques: knit/purl in the round and flat, increase, lace.

Yarn: 50 grams of any fingering weight yarn. The sample was made in Katia Sweet Baby yarn. But any sock yarn will work fine too. Variegated and solid colorways are both great choices.

Gauge / size:
Size small / medium: 36 stitches and 44 rows = 4” (10cm) in stockinette (US 1 / 2.25 mm needles)
Size medium / large: 32 stitches x 40 rows = 4” (10 cm) in stockinette (US 2 / 2.75 mm needles)

Tools: Size US 1 / 2.25 mm or US 2 / 2.75 mm double pointed needles (or 1 long circular needle if you prefer magic loop) or size to get gauge; tapestry needle; scissors; stitch holder or small length of waste yarn; 2 stitch markers.
