The Spring Meadow Baby Blanket Crochet Pattern is a free, beginner-friendly pattern with so many possibilities. Don’t let the colors fool you. Just because I used girly colors, doesn’t mean you can’t make this baby blanket for a boy!

It is so beautiful and so soft! It was designed using the Moss Stitch, which is a great stitch to use for baby blankets. It’s light and airy, but cozy and comfortable. The design was inspired by the gorgeous Paintbox Yarn color packs by LoveCrochet.

Within the written pattern I explain exactly how to resize this blanket to any size. Simply chain an even amount of chains for your foundation and then continue with the pattern instructions for row 1.

To achieve the same look, you will need 5 balls of Paintbox Yarns Simply Aran in the colors Lime Green (228), Vanilla Cream (207), Blush Pink (253), Banana Cream (220), & Light Caramel (208). You will also need a 6mm crochet hook.
