Cheer yourself up with this pretty Spring flower wreath knitting pattern. I show you how to knit the wreath form itself, then give you patterns for 10 flowers. Use some / all / any and decorate to your hearts content. All patterns whilst time consuming, are easy enough for a spirited beginner to tackle.
You will obviously need rainbow coloured doubleknit - none of the sections of flowers takes more than 25g, so great stashbuster. I used 2 lavender / lilac & one deeper purple for the wisteria at the top, oddments of different colour blues, green & oranges. The wreath form itself was covered in papatya batik in greens, because I bought a job lot & didn’t want to waste it :) Final wreath is approx 30cm. a 35cm polystyrene wreath former would work well
