This romantic looking shawl is not only quick and easy to make, it is also very easy to adjust to your own ideas.
Yarn: I’ve used Rauma, 2 ply Gammelserie (100% Norwegian wool, 50 g = 160 m), but any similar 100% wool yarn will do.
Color A: 4903 – less than 50 g
Color B: 401 – less than 25 g
Gauge: approx. 18 sts and 28 rows = 10x10 cm stockinette with 4,5 mm needles.
Note about gauge: Don’t worry if you get fewer sts per 10 cm, but try not to get more. If you do get more, work more rows.
Needle: 4,5 mm circular needle, at least 80 cm long.
The shawl is worked back and forth in stockinette.
