You will need 3.5 and 4 mm crochet hooks.

Approximate measures of the hat (non-stretched position):
hat’s circumference: 52 cm (20.5”),
hat’s depth: 17.5 cm (6.9”).

It fits head’s circumference about 52-55 cm (20.5” - 21.6”)
