Spring Tunic
This tunic is comfy, flattering and great for layering over jeans or leggings and a T shirt.
YARN, GAUGE AND MACHINE: Tamm Bebe used on the standard gauge or Passap machine gets a gauge of 6.75 stitches/9.5 rows per inch with the dial set at about 6 for Japanese machines and about 7 for Passaps. A ribber or double bed machine is needed. Stitch size for ribbing is 2 full numbers smaller than for main knitting. One cone of Bebe will make up to size 42 bust. Larger sweaters require 2 cones. The sample is made in a red & gray marl. There are also many spring colors to choose from in Bebe.
Use weights as needed for your machine, especially when working the ribbing
