Knitted in light and bright colored bamboo fiber with a cupcake base of Bernat Satin Sport, the hat and mitts are the perfect weight and girly colors of spring’s transitional cool days.

Five sizes: medium preemie, large preemie/newborn, 6 months, 1 year, and toddler. All sizes require less than a full skein of the Bernat taupe, and only a few yards of the Be Sweet Turquoise, but a full skein of the Be Sweet Dark Peach for the bigger sizes. Pattern also suggests a girls’ flowered hair barrette as a hat topper. Can be changed out to match outfits and removes easily for washing.
