Springtime Pussyhat
For those who want to wear pink cat ears even when winter is over, this is my answer. Made out of fingering-weight yarn with a lacy pattern, this hat can sit on top of your head with the brim folded up. If you think the wind will blow it away, just use a couple of bobbie pins or hair barrettes to secure it on the sides. And it can be pulled down over your ears if the breeze gets a little cold.
The zigzag pattern is inspired by one of the Missoni pussyhats from their 2017 runway show in Milan and the American symbol for a resistor in electronics.
