A hat inspired by my evening dog walks in the Pacific Northwest . I loved the transition of trees into sky and the fact it looks almost identical upside down.

Design features 10 spruce trees, repeated twice (each side).

To accompany the hat I also produced a stop motion animation of the knitted hat; I hope you enjoy it as I’m never doing it again!

There are two versions of the chart. A plain version and a ladderback jackard version, which details the jackard stitches that will be on the needles for the colourwork section. Ladderback jackard is not essential, but really helps if using high contrast colours.
