The Spruce Jumper is worked in an attractive textured pattern with a row of pine cones at the lower edges. It has a button band at the neck fastened with three buttons for ease of dressing. instructions are given for approximate ages 1 - 9 years. I used Debbie Bliss Rialto DK which is a soft pure wool in an excellent range of colours but any good quality yarn of the same gauge would work well.
