Choosing the amount of ease is very personal- shown here worn with varying amounts of ease. The best way to choose a size is to measure yourself around the underarm (above the bust) and then select the pattern size that is the next size up for a close fit or 2-3 sizes up from your actual measurement for a loose fit.

Shown in Green Mountain Spinnery (100% Wool, 180 yds per 57 g), 5 (6, 7, 7, 8) (9, 10, 11, 12) skeins in Evergreen
Needles
US 8 (5 mm) 24-32” circular for body and DPN for sleeves.
US 6 (4 mm) 24-32” circular for body, 16” circular for collar and DPN for sleeves.
Notions
2 stitch markers, spare needle for 3-needle bind off tapestry needle for weaving in ends.
GAUGE
19 sts and 24 rows = 4” in St st, blocked
10 stitch lace repeat = 2 ¼” after blocking.
