I’ve been busy getting ready for upcoming markets and wanted a single color beanie in a worsted weight yarn. I wasn’t finding what I was looking for and came up with my own pattern. I love the simplicity of this design, it really does give some beautiful texture.

This pattern is worked with any worsted weight yarn that isn’t too light. I’ve used craftsmart, lionbrand heartland, scarfie (which is more like a 4 than a 5 weight), wool ease, and bernat premium. So many beautiful options to use.

This is a very relaxing pattern to work up as the pattern is the same stitch repeated. It is worked in the round from the top down and is seamless.
