This pattern is worked back and forth to form a square. It has subtle yet important texturing to allow for use as a washcloth or dishcloth.

You will need 100% cotton to create the most effective version of this washcloth.

It is important to leave a tail to sew in at the end of your work as this cloth may be used for scrubbing dishes, bodies, cleaning, etc. and may be tossed in the washing machine.

Depending on the yarn you use, you can create color pooling!

This project will use less than 2 oz. of 100% cotton and come to about 8.5-9” squares.
