SQUARES AND LINES MITTENS
This mittens are designed with a cold winter day in mind. They use nice and thick yarn, and stranded colorwork gives them even extra thickness! The graphic design is striking when you choose two contrasting colors and subtle when the contrast is less high.
The mittens are knitted in the round, with a thumb gusset that starts immediately after the ribbing. The gauge is tight, to protect your hands from the wind.
The yarn is Shetland Heather, a thick Aran weight yarn, made on Shetland, by Jamieson’s of Shetland.
