Got a sizeable stash of leftover sock yarn? If you’re a weaver as well as a sock knitter, here’s the perfect project to put lots of those leftovers to good use. This rug is made with i-cord using a large variety of leftover sock yarns, then woven into a squishy plush throw rug that’s particularly perfect for placement by the bed or in the bathroom. Sock yarn and i-cord yardage will vary depending on the desired size of rug you want. (Sample was made with about 200 yards of prepared i-cord.)
