• Yellow yarn: 50% merino wool, 50% microfiber - yardage 225 m (246 yards) in 50 g (1.76 ounces), 4 ply - 1 g;
• Orange fluffy yarn: 70% acrylic, 28% nylon, 2% other - yardage 80 m (87 yards) in 50 g (1.76 ounces), 12 ply - 2 g;
• 1 steel or plastic button-snap diameter about 6-8 mm;
• Crochet hook 2 mm;
• Tapestry needle.

Parameters of finished top hat: height about 2.36” (6 cm), length about 5.12” (13 cm), width about 3.54” (9 cm).

Parametres of finished bow tie: length about 3.15” (8 cm), width about 1.77” (4.5 cm).

Parameters of cat’s head for finished hat:

• neck about 7.5-8.3” (19-21 cm)
• head circumference (around the head above the eye socket to around under the chin) about 7.9-8.3” (20-21 cm)
