St Rocco’s rook

For a few years now, along with a group of friends, I have taken part in the starlight walk to help raise money for ST Rocco’s Hospice.

Unfortunately, this year, I am not physically able to do the walk. Not to let this get in the way of a good fundraising effort I decided to play on my strengths and wrote a pattern fort a rook (as it’s the St Rocco’s logo)

This pattern is free and available in US and UK terms but it would be appreciated if you could donate as little as £1 to St Rocco’s via my Just Giving page

gauge is not important and any yarn can be used.

I used DK yarn and a 2.5mm hook and got rooks that are 3.5″ tall but any yarn and appropriate hook and be used, just make sure your gauge is quite tight to stop the stuffing from showing.
