The headband is worked continuously from the first chain to fastening off your second strap.

The pattern includes photos to show you exactly where stitches should be worked, and the pattern also include’s a YouTube video tutorial on how to do a modified double crochet, if the crocheter wishes to use that special stitch instead of the normal chain 3 and double crochet in the same space.
