Stacked Ladders
Inspired by the stitch pattern for the Show Time hat, I wanted to create some fingerless mitts to go with a hat that I made as a gift for a friend. So these mitts were created. It’s a simple, classicly constructed fingerless mitt with a hole for the thumb. The cuff is created by crocheting sideways to create ribbing and then joined, stitches are then pulled up and the mitt worked from there.
This isn’t a pattern that has been extensively tested so if you find errors or if it is confusing please let me know and I’ll attempt to address the issues. I am not a pattern designer, this is my first pattern.
I used the leftovers from the skein I used to make the hat and then had to use a bit from a new skein. I am going to crochet a pair of these for myself to get a better idea of yardage required and gauge because I already gave the first mitts to the recipient.
