The stitch pattern for this scarf is an easily-memorized Harris Tweed with a simple garter stitch border. I used a 50/50 merino/silk blend in a fingering weight yarn, hence the “upgrade”, but it can actually be produced using any yarn you like by simply adjusting the needle size and the number of stitches cast on (must be multiples of 6).
