This is an intermediate - expert pattern simply because of all the different techniques used.

Because the body of the top is mesh, it will fit a large variety of sizes between a large and 3X. I’m not sure how to adapt it for smaller or larger sizes other than omitting or adding flowers from the bottom…the number of loops from the hairpin lace would also need to be changed, but I’m not sure by how much.

You will be using a size 4 mm hook for the hairpin lace part, a 6 mm for the flowers, and a 5 mm for the body and straps.
