Notes:

1. This pattern was written with the beginner in mind but I do rate it at the confident beginner level
2. This pattern is written in US terms for the right handed crocheter
3. This bag is made similar to the granny style messenger bag but has more options for sizing
4. This pattern includes a ton of pictures to help you along the way
5. This pattern contains 2 options for optional liners but is made in a way in which you can use it every day without adding in a liner a. If you choose to use fabric, choose a thick or heavier fabric that will hold up as well your crochet , thinner fabric doesn’t tend to hold weight well for multiple uses b. If you choose to crochet the liner you can also opt for a thicker or bulkier yarn, whatever your preference is
6. This pattern was tested using RHSS, I Love This Cotton, CSS, and ILTY a. Please note: If you are going to make this bag without a liner it is my recommendation that you do not use CSS (Caron Simply Soft) as it thins/stretches too quickly over a short period of use
7. Approximate Final bag Measurements: 5” wide X 16.5” long X 13” tall (measurements may vary slightly according to your chosen yarn type)
8. Chains at beginning of rows do not count in stitch count
9. Wash finished product in luke-warm or cold water and tumble dry on low heat or lay out flat to dry
