I used a Size H Crochet Hook for this pattern, and used Paton’s Astra Yarns in Baby Yellow, School Bus, Ocean Mist, Hot Blue, Pale Lavender, Hot Lilac, 50g/1.75oz - 2 each, Bernat Softee Baby in Mint - 140g/5oz - 100 g, Bernat Baby Yarn, Baby Blue 50g/1.75oz - 2 each, Bernat Baby Sport 300g/10.5oz 300 g.

The border is not included in the directions, I added it with this afghan, but it is a repeat of the pattern on the outside.
