This hat pays to the indomitable courage of the Ukrainian people. Use the pattern to make a statement, or raffle off a hat to raise relief money. Just use it to help the Ukrainian people in some way. Feel free to adjust the wording. We considered less polite statements. The hat consists of two panels. Select either the “Stand With” or “Kyiv Hope Alive” combined with the Ukraine panel.

The pattern produces an adult large hat, and you can adjust the size by going down a needle size or using finer yarns and smaller needles. Since there are long floats in the pattern, you will want to use a woven Fair Isle or ladderback jacquard technique to avoid puckering.
