This star applique works up literally in 2 minutes, and it is a great way to use up some of your scrap yarn.

Really, any yarn weight with the appropriate hook size will work fine for this pattern!

MATERIALS
– Small amount of Yarn of Choice
– Appropriate Hook Size
– Tapestry Needle

SIZE
Sport-weight yarn, 2.5-mm (1/B US, 12 UK) Hook --> 1.5” (3.7 cm)
DK, Light (3) Yarn, 3.5-mm (4/E US, 9 UK) Hook --> 1.75” (4.5 cm)
Aran, Medium (4) Yarn, 4.5-mm (7 US, 7 UK) Hook --> 2.3” (6 cm)
