How sweet is this simple baby doll pattern? this little Star Baby is the perfect child’s first doll. Cuddly, soft, simple! Inspired by the Waldorf doll, this little friend is the perfect companion for all the adventures!

This pattern is knit flat with the exception of the baby’s cap. the head is stuffed with wool (or poly-fill if you prefer) and is floppy and simple for a little one.

Good pattern for beginners, there is a lot of sewing. You sew around the head and you sew the cap down on the head. The doll can be made in just an hour or two. Lovely first project.

You will need:
~DK or worsted weight yarn (100 yards should be more than enough)
~Size 7 knitting needles (straight & 4 DPN’s)
~Tapestry needle
~Wool or poly-fill for stuffing
