The Star Mittens are a good beginners’s project for two colour knitting. The pattern is drawn with four colours that are repeated on a regular basis. There are endless possibilities for variations ranging from using just one main and one contrasting colour to using different combinations for each pattern repeat.

Due to my special construction of the thumb the mittens fit perfectly.
